Andrea Curtis has been working since 2005 in Vancouver's arts and culture sector. Her skills as an event producer and a grassroots organizer have woven her a tight network throughout Vancouver's artistic community. She has worked since 2006 as Public Event and Administration Manager with the Workless Party, throwing monthly cultural events showcasing local musical and performers. She has also played a key role in Commercial Drive Car Free Days as Volunteer Coordinator. In her role as an administrator she has worked with such flagship organizations as the Arts Umbrella and The Public Dreams Society. She is currently working with the Vancouver Folk Festival as the Assistant Executive Director. Her abilities to delegate and coordinate have won her great success as Producer of theatrical shows The Church of Pointless Consumerism and The Valley of Ashes.
